Our thermal management and performance testing services provide comprehensive evaluation of cooling infrastructure across large- and medium-scale facilities capable of simulating real data center conditions up to 5 MW.
We test heat exchangers (brazed plate, shell-and-tube, and more), coolant distribution units (CDUs), pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), in-row coolers, and rear-door heat exchangers (RDHx). Testing protocols cover P-Q curves, heat transfer coefficients, system efficiency, and transient response scenarios — including loss-of-cooling events critical for uptime planning.
High-Power & Extreme Condition Testing
Under high-power workloads — such as AI inference clusters and crypto mining deployments — we evaluate thermal behavior during thermal shock and cycling. Our rack-level environmental chambers operate from -40 °C to +100 °C, with heat tents reaching 85 °C across multi-bay configurations.
Liquid-side testing includes benchmarking of high-flow cold plates (low thermal resistance), liquid-to-air heat exchangers, TEC and recirculating chillers, and immersion chillers with stability down to -20 °C. Thermal characterization of full racks, enclosures, and liquid cooling loops is conducted under controlled, repeatable conditions for accurate performance data.
